How Nutrition Helped Me Combat Asthma and Allergies

I’ve always been interested in nutrition, but this blossomed into a passion during the late 1990s. 

My bronchial asthma, hay fever, and neurodermatitis made everyday life difficult. I wanted to feel better through healthy eating, not medication. 

And as I was already working within the healthcare industry (in hospitals and pharmaceuticals), I decided to solve my own health problems. 

So, I devised techniques featured within my nutritional and Metabolic Balance® education & training program — and achieved incredible results. 

How incredible? 

I relied on my asthma inhaler three times a day in the late 1990s. 

Today, I may need it just once a year. If that.

Eating the right foods in the right quantities and making positive changes to your habits really can transform your life.

My passion for international cuisine and eating habits drove me to learn about nutrition from an early age. I’ve attended international seminars, lectures, and food shows to gather the latest, most innovative insights to benefit every single client.

I love cooking and experiencing diverse, healthy ingredients for myself — before passing my discoveries onto you.
